How do I get started?
​Simply call us or send an email with a brief description of your project and any photos you may have. We’ll review your requirements and advise on next steps.

​Can you help with loft conversions and loft boarding?​
Yes — we undertake loft boarding and conversions as part of larger renovation projects, helping maximise usable space in your home.

Do you fit fire doors?
Yes — we install fire doors and linings as a one off, for HMO's or land lords, ensuring correct fitting and compliance.

Do you work in occupied homes?
Yes — we regularly work in lived-in properties and always aim to minimise disruption. We work cleanly, respectfully and keep clients informed throughout.

Do you install flooring?
Yes — we supply and fit LVT, hardwood and laminate flooring, including subfloor preparation, trims and finishing for a clean, durable result.​

Do you manufacture and fit bespoke wooden windows and doors?
Yes — we provide a full bespoke service for softwood and hardwood timber windows and doors, from manufacture through to professional installation. All Joinery is made to measure and tailored to your property. We can replicated windows and doors from listed properties or those that are within a Heritage area, ensuring a high-quality finish that complements your home while delivering strength, insulation and longevity.

Do you install kitchens?
Yes — we offer a complete kitchen supply and fit service, including cabinet installation, layout adjustments, integrated appliances, bespoke features. We can supply and install Solid, Laminate, Mirotone or Corian worktops with the kitchen or if you fancy a kitchen refresh,

Do you carry out structural work?
Yes — including forming structural openings, internal alterations and renovation works. All projects are approached safely and professionally then signed off by local building inspector.

Do you supply materials?
Yes — we supply materials as part of your project therefore we know the quality of materials and can also warrant our work. We can work with customer-supplied items if preferred. We’re happy to advise on suitable products and finishes.

How far in advance are you usually booked?
Availability varies depending on workload and project size. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, especially for larger Renovations or bespoke work.

Do you take on small jobs as well as full renovations?
Yes — we undertake everything from minor Carpentry and maintenance through to full Renovations, extensions and structural works. Every project is approached with the same care, attention to detail and professional standards.

Are you fully insured and qualified?
Yes. We carry £5M public liability insurance, are City & Guilds qualified, Enhanced DBS checked, ICO registered, First Aid trained and hold Asbestos Awareness certification.

Do you provide “rough estimates” on site without seeing full details?
No — we assess projects properly before pricing. This ensures accurate quotations and avoids surprises later.

Do you accept last-minute cancellations without notice​
No — cancellations are subject to our Terms & Conditions, which are issued with every quotation.
​
Do you take on projects that don’t suit your skillset?
No — we only undertake work we know we can complete to a professional standard.
