Having served a very strict 3 year City and Guilds apprenticeship at Bedford College and a local Joinery firm. After leaving school, Dan soon learnt how to make traditional Joinery from traditional Softwoods and Hardwood, working out the amount of materials required, costs of the job and setting out. Dan rapidly gained a Level 2 NVQ qualification in ‘Joinery and Carpentry’ and gain a grade 'A' in Carpentry and joinery.

 

 

Dan soon gained valuable knowledge and experience and branched out into cabinet making, set design, conference/ reception desks and custom vehicle conversions. Dan was soon making and fitting out on site and coming up with own ideas and designs in the workshop. It wasn't long until Dan progressed a lot further and was spending time in and out of the workshop to manufacture and fit kitchens, skirting, architrave, decking and laminate flooring or anything from wood really. Along the way Dan swiftly picked up skills on plumbing, coving, tiling and general maintenance and building works and working within building regulations to make properties safe, exceeding standard and exceeding design. This type of work gave Dan the best of both worlds as he knew how to make and fit while carrying a keen eye for detail where ever he went.

 

 

Dan pride's myself in producing high quality bespoke Joinery and quality carpentry service's across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire* and surrounding towns and villages. It is the quality of his work that gives him much repeat business and recommendations. Dan specialise in both domestic and commercial Joinery, Carpentry and Building works. He offer's free written quotations/ Estimate upon request and only use's tried and tested sub-contractors for his work. Dan believes that he can make anything that is given to him. Dan only invest in quality hand tools and power tools that are 110V or mostly cordless batter for safety reasons. He strive's to maintain a clean and tidy workplace using a hoover and always uses dust sheets no matter what the job.  Dan is CRB checked, CSCS certified, First Aid trained, PAT tested, Asbestos Aware and fully insured meaning that he is one leap ahead of other contractors when it comes to health and safety which is a big part of today's work load.
